Orange Mountain Bikes Demo Day October 31 2016

I'm pleased to announce we are having a bike demo day on Sunday November 6th, Orange Mountain Bikes will be bringing their full 2017 bikes demo fleet for you to try.
Hopefully Muc-Off will also be in attendance demonstrating their products
It will take place at the superb Everton farm shop, Stonegate farm, Everton near Bawtry DN10 5BP

The Shop will be serving gourmet food & drinks throughout the day

Another year has passed pretty quickly and we are fast approaching our second birthday! We will be having a bit of a do on Saturday 26th September, burgers and free beer. We are also looking at having a bit of a bike jumble if there are enough folk who want to come along and try to shift some of that gear hanging around in the garage! Big Mountain Riding! June 20 2015

We have had a few customers in the shop recently who are travelling to the biking mecca that is the Portes Du Soleil region in the French alps. They are asking for advise over what to take with them and my first reply is Insurance! You can take a whole bikes worth of spares with you but if it all goes wrong high on the mountains, the only way down is by helicopter. These 'rides' cost upwards of £10k and no E111 form is going to cover that. There are many companies out there who cover mountain biking in Europe, I have personally used Dogtag and others I know have used Snowcard. Check with each insurer and make sure they cover what it is you are going to be doing, it could be the best £30 you ever spent.
